From the very beginning, we aimed for total professionalism. We don't do this in a backyard garage. Emil is developing his career under the wings of the professional Racing Future team. His progress is overseen by experts, including Marcin Budkowski, a long-time engineer and Formula 1 team director. We wanted this career to be built very smartly and on solid racing foundations right from the first time he hit the track.

Road to Formula 4

There is no room for chance here

Just turning the steering wheel at competitions is only a fraction of success. Outside of official races, Emil spends 2 to 4 days a month doing hard training with the Racing Future Academy, and we are also planning tests on foreign tracks in the near future.

Motorsport does not forgive poor preparation, which is why Emil works out regularly to handle racing G-forces. Add to that long hours on the simulator and working with a sports psychologist. This builds the strength and cold calculation in him that later make the biggest difference on the asphalt

Training and work off the track

This season, we jumped right into the deep end. Emil is competing in the two toughest racing series in the country. See where you can meet us and cheer us on live in the coming months.

Our 2026 Calendar

We treat the current races in Poland as a very tough school of the craft. We are polishing our form, collecting data for analysis, and shaving off fractions of a second with every race.

The next step on our journey will be competing in the most prestigious Italian WSK series, and the ultimate destination we are striving for together is getting Emil into a Formula 4 car.
