Every race is the result of many hours of hard work. On-track practice, physical conditioning, data analysis, simulator sessions, and working with coaches – this is the everyday reality of a young driver who dreams of professional motorsport.
What does the journey of a young driver look like?
From the beginning, we wanted to learn from the best. That is why Emil is developing under the wings of Racing Future Academy. The co-founder of this karting school is Marcin Budkowski, an engineer and the current Team Principal of the Cadillac Formula 1 team. These are the people responsible for preparing our karts, analyzing telemetry, and setting the strategy for every race. We are learning from a crew that lives by the standards of the pinnacle of motorsport every single day.

Every practice and every race brings us closer to the next sporting challenges. Our immediate goal is to compete in the Italian WSK series, one of the most competitive karting schools in the world.
What's next?
Emil stepping into a Formula 4 car. We know it is a long road ahead, but we are taking it one lap at a time.
And the ultimate point on the horizon?
Professional endurance racing (GT3 / FIA WEC). Emil's long-term goal is to compete in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans for the world's biggest automotive brands.
