Every race is the result of many hours of hard work. On-track practice, physical conditioning, data analysis, simulator sessions, and working with coaches – this is the everyday reality of a young driver who dreams of professional motorsport.
What does the journey of a young driver look like?
From the beginning, we wanted to learn from the best. That is why Emil is developing under the wings of Racing Future Academy – a team formed by people with experience in the highest racing series, including Formula 1. They are responsible for preparing our karts, analyzing telemetry, and the strategy for every race.

Motorsport teaches humility and smart resource management. That is why we opted for surgical precision this season. Instead of spreading our energy and budget across all possible events, we are focusing on the most important races and regular practice sessions.
Every race is a valuable step forward in our development.

Every practice and every race brings us closer to the next sporting challenges. Our immediate goal is to compete in the Italian WSK series, one of the most competitive karting schools in the world.
And the ultimate point on the horizon?
Emil stepping into a Formula 4 car. We know it is a long road ahead, but we are taking it one lap at a time.
